In collaboration with All Access (Province of Luxembourg), we would like to inform you that facilities have been made available for:

  • people with reduced mobility
  • the visually impaired
  • people with impaired hearing (important: no visual alarm system)
  • people with comprehension difficulties
  • people with autism

The Office du Tourisme de Tellin reception desk is open at the following times:

  • Wednesday to Sunday during school holidays, 9am to 1pm (except end-of-year holidays)
  • Outside school holidays: open Wednesday to Sunday from mid-June to mid-September from 9am to 1pm.

An accessible toilet is available on request.
The accessible toilet is located in the same building.
It is accessible on one level.
The toilet is lit automatically.
Wheelchair users are advised to enter in reverse (rotation area too small).

Wifi is available free of charge.

Assistance dogs are welcome.

If you need help, a member of staff is on hand at reception to give you all the information you need.

Pictogramme Bienvenue vélo

You can bring your bike with you, as this tourist information office has been awarded the ‘Bienvenue vélo’ (Welcome by Bike) label.
This means, among other things, that there are routes nearby, that you can store your bike safely and that there is a kit on site for basic repairs.

Useful information

Car park:

  • There is a car park in front of the Tourist Office.
  • There is no parking space specifically reserved for people with reduced mobility.
  • The car park is gravel.


Access to the building:

  • The building is easily identifiable thanks to its signs.
  • The route into the building is simple: follow the cobbled path.
  • Timetable information is displayed on the front door and on the website.
  • To enter, there is a small step and an old door lock that may prevent access if you are in a wheelchair.
  • The entrance door is glazed.
    It is secured by the information on it (e.g. posters).
    The door is opened manually.
    The entrance door is over 85 cm wide.
    The door is heavy and opens outwards.
  • There is an airlock and then a second door.


Inside the building:

  • The place allows movement with a wheelchair.
  • The reception desk is well lit.
  • The reception desk is visible.
    The reception desk has a lowered section that is accessible if you are in a wheelchair.
  • The brochure stands are at the right height.
    There are chairs for waiting or consulting brochures.

At the Office du Tourisme in Tellin, you can:

  • receive tourist brochures about the region.
  • receive tourist information on attractions and museums, walks, restaurants, accommodation and other activities such as events.
  • buy souvenirs.

What is a tourist information office?

A tourist office provides information for tourists.
Tourists are people who travel to a region.
A tourist office explains the things to see and do in the region.

For example:

  • museums to visit
  • walks to take
  • Amusement parks
  • restaurants
  • And much more.


Car parks:

There is parking in front of the Tourist Office.
The car park is gravel.

In the Tourist Office :

If you have difficulty walking, it’s best to bring someone to help you, as there are :

  • A small staircase step
  • A slightly heavy door that opens outwards and another door.

Someone is always on hand to help you.

You can ask questions or ask for help.

You can sit down to look at the information books or wait your turn.
At the moment, the information books are not written in ‘Easy to Read and Understand’.

You can buy :

  • walking maps
  • information books
  • souvenirs
    You can pay with money.

You cannot pay with a bank card.

There is a toilet for the disabled.
You can ask to go there.

Assistance dogs may enter the Tourist Office with you.
