Welcome office in Saint-Hubert
In collaboration with All Access (Province of Luxembourg), we would like to inform you that facilities have been made available for:
- people in wheelchairs
- people with walking difficulties
- the visually impaired
- people with impaired hearing (no visual alarm system)
- people with comprehension difficulties
- people who are disorientated
- people with autism

The reception office of the Maison du Tourisme de la Forêt de Saint-Hubert, in Saint-Hubert, is easy to find.
It is located opposite the Basilica.

The Tourist Office in Saint-Hubert is open every day from March to October, from 9am to 5.30pm.
From November to February, it’s open Tuesday to Sunday from 9.30am to 4.30pm outside the Belgian holidays.
During Belgian holidays, it’s open every day from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Closed on Christmas Day (25 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January).
On New Year’s Eve, 24 December and 31 December, it is closed from 3pm.
There is a PRM car park about 40 metres from the main entrance to the Maison du Tourisme, signposted.
The parking space is on the other side of the road, on a slope.
There is no safe pedestrian crossing.
The road surface is made of cobblestones with a slightly rounded surface.
You will be slightly shaken up, but the road is passable.
There is a “drop-off” point opposite the entrance to the building (a place with little traffic).
There are no accessible adapted toilets in the building.
Wifi is available free of charge.
Login requires a login ID.
Reception staff can help with any difficulties.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
A water container is available on request.
If you need help, a member of staff is on hand at reception to give you all the information you need.
You can bring your bike with you, as this tourist information office has been awarded the ‘Bienvenue vélo’ (Welcome by Bike) label.
This means, among other things, that there are routes nearby, that you can store your bike safely and that there is a kit on site for basic repairs.

Useful information
Access to the building:
- A banner above the entrance identifies the building.
- The path leading to the entrance to the Maison du Tourisme is bordered on either side by stone flower boxes.
- The entrance is clear and the walkway is wide.
- The doorway is level.
- The entrance door is heavy and may be difficult to open if you are not accompanied.
- There is a bell if you wish to let someone know you are there.
Inside the building:
- You can access the ground floor, which is on one level and has wide, obstacle-free circulation areas.
There are raised guide lines on the floor.
They are placed directly after the entrance door and direct you to the reception desk.
For people with walking difficulties, there is a wooden seat on your left as you enter the building. - Part of the information desk is at wheelchair height.
- The reception area is well lit and can be lip-read.
Staff will take care to facilitate lip-reading and use written or visual aids to facilitate communication. Annita and Violaine have been trained in the basics of sign language. - Brochures are placed on the shelves and are easily accessible for people in wheelchairs.

The payment device is mobile. - During the school holidays, there are often more people at the Maison du Tourisme.

- There are parking spaces very close to the Tourism building.
- There are no pedestrian crossings.
So you have to look left and right to cross. - There is a drop-off point on the Place du Marché.
A car can stop at a drop-off point to let someone in or out of the car.
In the Maison du Tourisme:
- Someone is always on hand at reception to help you.
- For the moment, small information books are not written in ‘Easy to Read and Understand’.
- You can pay with a bank card or cash.
