What is a tourist office?
A tourist office provides information for tourists. Tourists are people who travel to a region. A tourist office explains the things to see and do in the region.
For example:
museums to visit
walks to take
amusement parks
restaurants
and many other things.
Car parks:
There are parking spaces very close to the tourist office. On the large white sign next to the Libramont tourist office, you can see three green and blue triangles.
If you have difficulty walking, it’s best to bring someone to help you, as there are :
2 doors to open. These doors are a bit heavy.
a small staircase step.
In the Tourist Office:
Someone is there to help you. For the moment, the information books are not written in easy-to-read and easy-to-understand language. You can ask questions or ask for help. You can sit down to look at the information books or wait your turn. You can pay with a bank card or cash. The person at the desk can come and stand next to you with the payment device. There are toilets for disabled people. You can ask to go there. Assistance dogs can enter the office with you.
