The museum can only be visited with a guide. Visit dates and times can be found on the www.lafonderiedetellin.be website.
Reservations are required for groups. Visits are adapted to suit all requests and all audiences.
There is no car park or drop-off point in the immediate vicinity of the museum. Parking is available nearby:
via ‘rue Val des Cloches’ (next to the Fonderie).
or to the ‘rue Grande’.

There is a toilet. The sanitary area is spacious. There are no grab rails. If you are in a wheelchair, we recommend that you enter in reverse to make it easier for you.
Wifi is available for visitors.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Volunteers are always on hand to welcome visitors.

The building is easily identifiable thanks to its sign.
The entrance to the ‘museum’ section is via a staircase. There is a handrail on one side. The door opens manually. The entrance to the ‘workshop’ area has one step and is located on the roadside.
By appointment, temporary adjustments can be made to provide easier access for wheelchair users.
The various floor surfaces are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Information such as the price is displayed on the front door.
The tour is divided into two parts. The first part takes place in the ‘museum’ section. There is a film, explanations and the discovery of different media. The second part takes place in the ‘workshop’ area. To get there, you have to go outside the museum.
