In collaboration with All Access (Province of Luxembourg), we would like to inform you that facilities have been made available for :

  • people with walking difficulties
  • the visually impaired
  • people with impaired hearing (no visual alarm system)
  • people with comprehension difficulties
  • people with autism
  • people who are disorientated

The car park is made of gravel.
It is difficult for people in chairs and people with walking difficulties.
It is not accessible to wheelchair users.

It’s not possible to enter the toilet with a wheelchair.

The toilet has no grab rail.

Assistance dogs are welcome but must be notified when booking.

The owners, Mr and Mrs De Cleyn – Van den Eynde, are always on hand to offer advice and to meet the needs of holidaymakers.
They live in a house next to the gîte.

You can bring your own bike, as this holiday home has been awarded the ‘Bienvenue vélo’ label.
This means, among other things, that there are routes nearby, that you can store your bike safely and that there is a kit on site for basic repairs.

Useful information

Access to the gîte:

  • There are three steps into the gîte.
  • A ramp can be provided on request to facilitate access to the house.


Ground floor:

  • There is a large room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a sitting area.
    There are seats and armchairs of different heights with or without armrests.
  • There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
    The beds are the right height.
    The lighting is adequate.
    The walk-in showers do not have a seat or grab rail.


Stairs:

  • There is only one handrail on the stairs.
  • The steps are not protected by a warning strip.


First floor:

  • There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
  • The beds are the right height.
  • The lighting is adequate.
  • The walk-in showers do not have a seat or grab rail.
  • There is one bedroom with bunk beds (no bathroom).


Second floor:

  • There is a games and relaxation room.
    It is located in the attic.
    The entrance gives you the chance to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Garden and terraces:

  • There is a terrace off the living room.
    To access the terrace, there is a door with a step.
    The terrace is secure.
  • There is another terrace next to the garden.
    To get there, you need to climb down a staircase or go around the outside of the house.
  • There is a stream at the bottom of the garden.
    The stream is secured by a fence.

Other information:

  • The rooms are spacious.
  • The doorways are wide.
  • Generally speaking, there are contrasts between the floor and the walls.
    There is no visual alarm system.
  • The doors are identical and not easily distinguishable.

In the large room there are:

  • A dining room.
  • The living room with armchairs.

  • 2 bedrooms with bathrooms.

  • There are no grab rails in the toilet.
    It is not possible to enter the toilet with a wheelchair.
  • There is one bedroom with bunk beds.
    There are 2 beds on top of each other.


On the second floor:

  • There is a games room.
  • You can also go there to be quiet.


Garden and terraces:

There are :

  • 2 terraces
  • A beautiful garden
  • There is a stream with a barrier to prevent you from falling into the water.


Other information:

  • In the gîte, the rooms and doors are large.
  • There are no drawings or names on the bedroom doors.
  • There is light everywhere in the gîte because there are lots of windows.


If there is a fire, there is :

  • An audible alarm that sounds to warn people.
  • But there is no visual alarm with light.
